Development path
1. Sunda group was founded in 2000, since the beginning , Sunda has kept a foothold in African market, started from Nigeria , expanded a great overseas market.
2. In the year 2004, exploited the West African market. With the base of market research in some countries, Sunda set up the first oversea subsidiary in Ghana, West Africa.
3. In the year 2008, expanded the South American market. After the market research of some countries, in June, a subsidiary was built in Peru, South America.
4. In 2009, Sunda was awarded as “The most valuable export enterprise for cultivation and development of Guangdong province” by Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong province, and “The most valuable export enterprise for cultivation and development of Guangzhou” by Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation bureau of Guangzhou.
5. In the year 2010, the market layout in East Africa was carried out, Sunda set up subsidiaries in Tanzania and Kenya in succession.
6. In 2010, Sunda passed the ISO9001: 2008 international quality management system certification.
7. In 2011, Sunda(Ghana) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd and Construction Company Limited was established.
8. In 2012, Sunda was awarded as “The most valuable export enterprise for cultivation and development of Guangdong province” by Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong province.
9. In 2012, the Group was officially awarded the “Outside School Practice Base” by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. The president of the Group, Mr. Shen Yanchang, was invited as a visiting professor at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
10. In 2013, Sunda was assessed as ‘Authorized Economic Operator’ by Guangzhou Customs
11. In the year 2011-2013, Sunda was certified as AA level of enterprise credit risk control.
12. In 2012-2014, Sunda was awarded as “re-contract and trustworthy enterprise of Guangdong province”.
13. In the year 2014, Sunda started to enter African manufacturing industry. The washing powder factory of Sunda in Ghana went into operation.
14. In 2015-2016, Sunda was awarded as “the container volume contribution award of Guangzhou international shipping center”
15. In 2015 and 2016, Sunda was certified as Class A taxpayers of Guangzhou tax credit system.
16. In 2016, Sunda was awarded as ICBC's outstanding customer for international business.
17. In the year 2016, Sunda was certified as four-star of enterprise credit risk control.
18. In 2016, Sunda(Ghana) won the Ghana Manufacturing Award.
19. In 2016, Shen Yanchang, the founder of Sunda Group, was awarded as the Innovation-Leading Talent in Tianhe District.
20. In the year 2016, Twyford Ceramics Plant(Kenya) was put into operation. Now, Sunda is in transition and cherish an ambition.
21. In the year 2017, Twyford(Ghana) Ceramics Plant, Twyford(Tanzania) Ceramics Plant and Sunda(Tanzania) washing powder factory went into operation.
